CONSTRUCTION

SIZE: 5 depths will accommodate 6” (152), 12” (305) HEPA filters with or without 2” (51) or 4” (102) pre-filters

FRAME: 14 ga. galvanized steel frame with 4 sided integrated 1” (25) mounting flanges, turned outward, located on inlet and discharge.

FILTER TRACK:
PRE: 0.080” (2.03) Type 6063-T6 extruded aluminum
HEPA: 0.065” (1.65) wall structural steel tubing, seam welded, ground, polished and coated

CLAMPING:
HEPB: Four positive pressure, swing arm, spring tensioned clamping bolts per filter
HFHC: Hand crank. Applies even pressure onto HEPA filter. Requires 2 cranks (top and bottom) per filter bank.

DOORS: 1 on single module or smaller, 2 as standard on 2 or greater modules wide. Quick removal hinges.
