CONSTRUCTION
SIZE: Two depths (Model CFHU)/One Depth (Model VBFU) will accommodate carbon panels/trays with pre-filters either 2” (51) or 4” (102) deep.
FRAME: 14 ga. (Model CFHU)/16 ga. (Model VBFU) galvanized steel frame with 4 sided integrated 1” (25) mounting flanges, turned outward, located on inlet and discharge.
FILTER TRACK (Model CFHU):
PRE: 0.080” (2.03) Type 6063-T6 extruded aluminum alloy with integral nylon fiber pile seal.
CARBON: 0.080" (2.03) Type 6063-T6 extruded aluminum alloy to accommodate ¾” deep carbon panels/trays.
FILTER TRACK (Model VBFU): 16ga. (2.03) formed galvanized steel track with integrated rubber pile seal.
DOOR (Model VBFU): 1 as standard up to and including 2 modules wide. Included on both sides when over 2 modules wide.
